Cut as a simple square silhouette, but the drape falls in a way that's naturally flattering — softening at the shoulder to create the effect of a cap sleeve.

The Kahlo collection is dear to my heart because I love the hands behind it. My friend Pedro runs the cooperative in Mexico that creates these beautiful pieces, and I always say, if he'd been born in a "fashion hub" of the world, he'd be famous. He has an incredible eye and an obsessive attention to detail; every stitch has to be perfect. I've worn mine for years now, and it only gets better.
