Tenango Mexican Dress - Raspberry Pink

You will LIVE in this dress all summer.

An authentic, hand-embroidered Otomi textile gives a little pop of personality to this traditional "shirt-dress" made from soft linen.

Why we love it:

• It's as COMFORTABLE as it is CUTE
• It looks just as great when worn over white jeans as it does on its own - perfect for those days that start chilly and then get hot
• Lightweight fabric for hot temps, but long sleeves so you don't freeze in the A/C

Mexican textiles reflect a passion for color, pattern, and design. Using centuries-old techniques, traditional artisans still use vegetables, fruits, and barks to make natural dyes. Women weave into their clothing intricate patterns with meaning dating back to Mayan times. And families pass the traditions of weaving from generation to generation.

At Larkin Lane, Lark hand selects authentic textiles and collaborates with Mexican artisans in the design of each product. Your purchase supports these craftsmen and women. Thank you for the role you play in keeping global textile traditions alive!
